PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. Access to or use of Fixed Hosting services constitutes full
acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must
discontinue use of the services immediately.
Access to or use of any website or service operated by Fixed Hosting constitutes binding acceptance of
these Terms of Service in full. Users who do not agree to these terms must immediately cease all use of
the services. Fixed Hosting reserves the right to refuse access to any user at its sole discretion.
- Account Eligibility: Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information upon
account registration. Account holders bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of
login credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. - Prohibited Content: Hosting, transmitting, or facilitating content that is unlawful, defamatory,
fraudulent, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or that contains malicious code, malware, or
viruses is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without notice. - Service Modifications: Fixed Hosting may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its se
- Fees: All services are billed in advance in accordance with the selected plan. Fees are
non-negotiable and subject to change at the discretion of Fixed Hosting. - Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis subject to
the specific terms applicable to each service. Refund requests arising from violations of these Terms
or acceptable use policies will be denied. - Late Payments: Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in immediate suspension or
permanent termination of services without further notice. Outstanding balances remain due and
payable regardless of service status.
Fixed Hosting targets a network availability of 99.9%, measured on a calendar-month basis. This figure represents an operational target and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a warranty, contractual obligation, or guarantee of uninterrupted service. Actual availability may vary. Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and Fixed Hosting bears no liability for any interruption, degradation, or unavailability, howsoever caused, including third-party infrastructure failures, upstream provider outages, force majeure events, or any circumstance outside Fixed Hosting’s direct operational control. Maintenance activity may occur at any time and is excluded from availability calculations.
- Acceptable Use: Users may not consume resources in a manner that disproportionately burdens
shared infrastructure or degrades the performance or availability of services for other users. Fixed
Hosting may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this provision without
prior notice. - Security Responsibility: Security measures may be implemented at the infrastructure level at the
sole discretion of Fixed Hosting. Notwithstanding, the security, integrity, and configuration of all
applications, data, and software hosted within a user’s account remain the sole responsibility of the
account holder.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Fixed Hosting, its officers, directors, employees,
agents, and affiliates shall bear no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or business interruption,
howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages. The total aggregate liability of Fixed Hosting shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user in
the three (3) months preceding the relevant claim.
Backup operations may be performed by Fixed Hosting at its sole discretion for internal disaster recovery
and operational continuity purposes. Such backups do not constitute a service offering and are not
guaranteed to be available, complete, or current. Users bear sole and exclusive responsibility for
maintaining independent, off-site backups of all data. Fixed Hosting accepts no liability whatsoever for
data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility under any circumstances.
Fixed Hosting reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to services, with or without
notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these
Terms, violation of applicable law, activities that jeopardise network security or integrity, or non-payment
of fees. Termination does not relieve the user of any outstanding financial obligations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in
which Fixed Hosting is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under

or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of
that jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service may be revised at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be
published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services following the posting
of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are advised to
review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law,
such provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions
shall continue in full force and effect.
